Happy New Year! As we return to our usual routines after the Christmas break, we wish you every blessing for the year ahead. Conscious that you are beginning local conversations regarding your Parish Partnership, we hope you will find this video interview by iCatholic with Archbishop Farrell helpful:
You might like to watch it with your various parish groups. Please also share it widely from YouTube or from the diocesan social media pages to your parish website and other parish social media platforms.
With kind regards,
The Building Hope Pastoral Strategy Implementation Group
A much-needed group was set up on Wednesday 26th April 2023 by Karen Kinsella, for over 55's in the Hartstown area.
The group is called Heart and Soul Friendship Club.
The aim of the group is to bring people together, to enjoy activities and outings, etc.
Fun and laughter will be guaranteed.
The group meets every Wednesday morning from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm in the Hartstown Community Centre.
Faith and Justice
Are you concerned about:
Inequality
Injustice
Poverty?
Together we can make a difference.
The Dublin 15 Faith and Justice Group work together to respond to issues of inequality and injustice.
Taking inspiration from the life of Christ and modern-day Christian leaders such as the late Archbishop Romero, the group is actively involved in issues including promoting fair trade, tackling climate change; building inter-faith and intercultural links; combating poverty.
Spiritual guidance, education about the issues affecting people in need, and action on the issues are the cornerstones of the group.
The group warmly welcomes new members and currently meets on the last Thursday of the month in Sr Ann's house.
